We handle urgent matters immediately, even in the evening – up to approximately 22:00.

• Changes that need to happen the same day

Non-Urgent Requests

All non-urgent messages may be processed the following day. This includes:

• General information about future tours
• Inquiries not related to tomorrow’s activities
• Requests that are not time-sensitive
• Feedback or suggestions
• Price requests for later dates

Important Notice

Please make sure to check your booking documents immediately after receiving them. We often receive last-minute questions regarding bookings that were made days, weeks, or even months earlier – but customers only contact us a few minutes before the tour starts.

If you do not check your documents and contact us very late, we will try our best to support you – but we cannot take responsibility if you miss the tour due to missing or unread information.
