Upon receipt of the invoice or booking confirmation, the total amount is payable to travelpoint1 UG (hb) within one week of booking, but no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour or cruise.
In case of late payment, and after a reminder has been issued, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and claim compensation according to our cancellation policy.
Any changes to payment terms will be communicated in writing by travelpoint1 UG (hb).

If you are booking on behalf of other participants, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that all group members agree to these terms and conditions.
Any changes to an existing booking will be charged at EUR 5.00 per person.
The terms and conditions of travelpoint1 UG (hb) and the respective local tour operator apply. travelpoint1 UG (hb) acts as an agent, not as the tour operator. It assumes no liability for damages, even if caused by third parties.
Tours are conducted as described. However, the tour operator reserves the right to modify the program due to unforeseen circumstances. travelpoint1 UG (hb) or the operator is not liable for accidental injuries, losses, or damage to personal belongings.
The company reserves the right to delay, cancel, or reroute tours, transfers, or cruises due to safety, technical issues, or force majeure without prior notice. In such cases, unused services may be refunded. No compensation is owed for consequential damages or additional costs.
All transfers refer to the main island of Malta. Transfers on Gozo are only available if explicitly stated. In cases where the accommodation is not directly accessible, the pick-up/drop-off point may be a short walk away.
Especially for last-minute bookings, transfer availability must be confirmed. If unavailable, guests may continue with the booking without transfer or receive a full refund.
Participants must be 18 years or older. Minors may only join when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guests who are visibly intoxicated will not be allowed to join or continue a tour.
Stated travel times (start/end) are estimates and may change. No liability is accepted for missed connections or scheduling conflicts.
Only services explicitly listed under the “Included†section of the tour page are included. Highlights mentioned in descriptions are not binding unless listed there.
Access to Comino Island is only permitted with a valid entry ticket. Boat tours are possible without island access. If you wish to access the island, a ticket must be purchased separately in advance.
By completing your booking and submitting your payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of travelpoint1 UG (hb).
This invoice/enquiry is free of VAT according to German law (§ 25 UStG).
All programs are subject to change depending on current Covid-19 regulations. Updates will be communicated as needed.
Photos or videos taken during participation in tours or activities may be used on our social media channels or official websites for marketing purposes. This is done in accordance with data protection regulations. If you do not consent to the use of your image, please inform the tour guide or our team in advance.
The order of visits or activities may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, or operational requirements. All efforts will be made to deliver the full program as described.
These terms and conditions are provided in English as the primary legally binding version. Translations, where available, are for convenience only and no guarantee is given for their completeness or accuracy.
In rare cases, technical issues may result in incorrect prices or information being displayed (e.g., due to caching or input errors). Bookings are only considered final once a confirmation email is sent by travelpoint1 UG (hb). This confirmation is manually reviewed and issued after the booking request. Prior to receiving this confirmation, no contract is concluded and availability or pricing is not guaranteed.
By booking a tour or activity, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating. If you have any medical conditions or mobility limitations, please inform us in advance. The company cannot be held responsible for issues arising from undeclared conditions.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. travelpoint1 UG (hb) and its partners are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the tour or transfer.
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain adequate travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, personal liability, and lost items.

Cancellation of additional services (e.g. tickets, set menus) is not possible.
These terms and conditions are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of travelpoint1 UG (hb), unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
travelpoint1 UG (hb) shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
The customer is responsible for entering accurate and complete information during the booking process. travelpoint1 UG (hb) is not liable for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete data entry.
Discount codes and vouchers are only valid if applied during the booking process. They cannot be retroactively credited. Each code is subject to individual terms and conditions.
Translations are provided for convenience only. In case of discrepancies or legal interpretation, the original English version of the terms shall prevail.
travelpoint1 UG (hb) acts solely as a tour agent and not as the tour operator. We facilitate bookings between the customer and the respective local provider or operator. Any changes to the tour, services, or cancellations communicated to us by the operator will be forwarded to the customer. We will always do our best to help find a suitable alternative solution.
In all cases, customer payments made to travelpoint1 UG (hb) are securely held until the tour is completed. Should any problems occur on site, customers are asked to contact us immediately. While we apply the utmost care when selecting and offering tours, travelpoint1 UG (hb) cannot accept liability for the actual participation in or execution of the tour. Unforeseen changes or issues may occur that are beyond our control.
Some services such as transport, catering, or additional activities may be provided by third-party suppliers. travelpoint1 UG (hb) does not accept liability for these services. Any claims must be made directly with the respective provider.
If a participant misses a tour due to late arrival, incorrect meeting point, or other reasons not caused by the operator, the full cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be issued.
